Two fairly new Zeds Dead songs that I had to post. First is his latest song, “My Love” which is a remix of the Justin Timberlake song of the same name. This song is a Doverspike refix and is just so dope. Plus he keeps the smooth vocals of JT intact for a banging electro/dubstep remix. Zeds Dead – My Love (Doverspike Refix) [[FREE DOWNLOAD!!!]]
Next is a Zeds Dead song that samples an old mo-town tune and turns it into something real banging. Here’s “Coffee Break”. Zeds Dead – Coffee Break
Here’s five fairly new songs that can fall under a category not completely in hip-hop but can’t be put into pop either, we call it Hip-Pop a music category we have defined with many songs blogged about on here.
Next we got Mr.Robotic with “Material Girl”. No this isn’t a cover of the Madonna song nor is it as catchy as her song. But this “Material Girl” is a solid song worth a listen. Plus my new favorite female singer, Jesse Palter is featured on the track. DOWNLOAD Mr.Robotic feat. Jesse Palter- Material Girl
Next we got Tru Fam with “Rebound Master” which at first sounds like an ordinary song but then picks up into something real fun and catchy when they get to the hook, Catch me now because I’m fallin’ I’m fallin’
That’s the part that will get singing along. Enjoy “Rebound Master”. DOWNLOAD Tru fam – Rebound master
Next we got a feature from Chiddy of Chiddy Bang! Pop up-and-comer V.V. Brown has a catchy pop/hip-hop song called “Children (Keep On Singing)”. This song will be on hip-hop/pop radio soon hopefully. I’m loving that catchy ice-cream truck sample to open it with such a feel good pumping beat and the british accent is a little sexy. Stars in the making! DOWNLOAD
Lastly a song I came across through one of those youtube suggestions when I was watching another song. I actually clicked the youtube suggestion being bored and really dug the song from Lil Playy and Matthew Koma. It’s a song that would get on the radio if these artists had a major label to help get them on there. DOWNLOAD
I don’t know much about ISSA except that he’s Akon‘s new artist. A fan sent us this and it’s probably one of the catchiest fan-submitted songs. Here’s “Party Til The Sunshine” which is a radio edit ISSA did on David Guetta & Avicii‘s “Sunshine” in which ISSA added his vocals to power this song into a vocal club banger.

A little late on this post, but still worthwhile. Mac Miller dropped this mixtape as a thank you to his fans for helping him hit 1 million followers on Twitter. You can download the album here.
Today a real treat of an album came out from French electro/rock duo Justice. The album, Audio, Video, Disco is a mix of synths and electronic rock that are pumping with energy, banging with rhythm and overall having a consistenly awesome sound with various genres interlaced including electro, arena rock, disco-house and much more.
I enjoy almost every song on Audio, Video, Disco, there’s such an epic kind of sound apparent in many of the songs on the album with an almost cinematic production applied.
Here’s my five favorites from the latest Justice album that we haven’t posted yet.
Last Wednesday, The Viper Room featured 3 awesome music up-and-comers. The night started with Jhameel, an indie-rock group with a very unique sound.
Second came my boys Weapons of Audio. This was only their second full show in LA but once again they killed it and showed how talented they truly are. Their classic rock mixed with hip-hop sound is exactly the type of feel good music that any music fan loves to hear.
Finally, to end the night came Jesse Palter and the Alter Ego. Jesse is a very talented female singer who will certainly make it big soon.
I was extremely grateful to see these three acts kill it on stage and look forward to more shows by them in the near future. Enjoy my three favorite tracks by these groups.
SinceAll Out released their album, Room Service, they have been putting out some dope remixes to popular mainstream songs. Two that I particularly enjoy and have download links for include their remix to Maroon 5‘s “Moves Like Jagger”, which has some dubstep and rapping in it. DOWNLOAD: Maroon 5 – Moves Like Jagger (All Out Remix)
The next remix I have is “You Make Me Feel” by Cobra Starship. This has an electro-pop vibe that I could easily mistake for a new song from 3OH!3.

For those that dig Odd Future or some chill hip-hop from a talented Los Angeles MC, look no further than teenage rapper Casey Veggies. Fruits and Vegetables that’s swag right? They are Fresh & Frozen, the genre listed on my itunes for Casey VeggiesSleeping In Class debut album which came out last month. DOWNLOADSleeping In Class.
