Ok peoples, here’s another edition of Remix Battle, this time we are taking the dumb Rihanna song “We Found Love”.When she keeps singing “We found a love in a hopeless place…” I just keep thinking she found love in a jail, DMV, funeral, somewhere that might give you the feeling it’s hopeless. I just don’t get finding loving in a hopeless place, it’s so stupid!

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed my rant on Rihanna and her silly lyrics. Now let’s get to two remixes that have very different sounds.

First we have Star Slinger‘s remix aka refix to “We Found Love”. I’m loving the beats he added and how you don’t hear much of the silly lyrics from Rihanna in this remix. Star Slinger really takes the instrumentals and gives it his own sound, which I respect, admire and can really dance to.

Next comes 15-year old dubstep/electronic DJ Eos. His remix sticks to the original sound but has banging dubstep all over it.
