Jeremy Glenn – New Life (Amtrac Remix)

Jeremy Glenn New Life (Amtrac Remix)

I’ll admit, I’m not familiar with the original track, but every time I see something new from Amtrac, I know it’s going to be sick. “New Life” has a more chilled out vibe, and I imagine the song being played at some swanky cocktail party somewhere. Order your bottle service, sit around a table at a club, and bump this track.

Follow Amtrac on Twitter and if you get a chance to see him live, do it. He can bring it. Amtrac just signed with an international booking agent, so expect big things in the near future.

Amtrac – Venice

June 22nd, 2011 by | Dance, Techno |

Amtrac VeniceAmtrac continues to take up more and more of my party playlist with his latest single “Venice.” The track slowly builds before crescendoing 30 seconds into the song, leading immediately into a 3 minute funky dance party.

If you’re in Florida, make sure to catch Amtrac when he’s throwing down at one of the clubs on South Beach. If you’re somewhere else, follow him on Twitter and Facebook, and be sure this song is a part of your party jams.

Hidden Gem: Amtrac *electronica/dance

May 17th, 2011 by | Dance, Electronic Tuesday, Hidden Gem, Remix |

caleb thumb 600x409 Hidden Gem: Amtrac *electronica/danceI started writing this post back in last April but forgot to finish it. That’s ok, many of you haven’t heard of electronic artist Amtrac, who I consider one of the most talented up-and-coming electronica/dance musicians and a must-watch artist.

Amtrac aka Caleb Cornett is from Kentucky and as one of the few from that area has helped him stand out and share the stage with artists like Diplo, Steve Aoki, Kid Sister and more.

Here’s three of my favorites from Amtrac.
Amtrac – Feel Good
Little Comets – Joanna (Amtrac Remix)
AMTRAC – OVERTIME

Check out Amtrac’s newest release, a sexy remix to Treasure Finger’s “It’s Love.” He takes the already pretty groovy track and adds tons of layers, nuances, and simply put, more party. I’m a big fan of Amtrac because he adds elements of all kinds of electronic genres from dubstep whomps to smooth dance grooves. Everything Amtrac is putting out these days is awesome and if you aren’t dancing…you’re crazy.

Check out Amtrac’s soundcloud page for tons of awesome free tracks and follow him on Facebook.

Amtrac Take Your Throne 300x300 AMTRAC Take Your Throne

Amtrac is a sick up-and-coming DJ out of South Florida with a unique style. Techno and Electronic music has just been getting more and more intense these days, but Amtrac is bringing back light music that’s just fun to dance to. His music is perfect for anything from a packed club in South Beach to just hanging out with your friends. Check out one his latest tracks, “Take Your Throne,” on which he actually throws a little dub in there for good measure. Keep an eye on Amtrac, he’ll be making some major moves before you know it.
